In 2016, he was listed among India’s 25 Best Chefs.
Chef Bhatia has dedicated his life to experimenting with and improving recipes. He accepts that going back to the beginning of any recipe unlocks the key to its significance. For his specific purpose, ethnicity with the smell of the soil is the breakthrough of food philosophy. Also, he wants your every new choice to make history with his expertise and acumen for the adaptation to the new food business and cultures.
